I dont understand??????

Well I was looking for a good golf game to play on my iPad and I came across this game,I traditionally play tiger woods but was looking for something different I saw this game and it was 5 bucks and rated 4 stars well I was shocked to find that this game lacks a lot to be priced beside Tiger Woods the putting is terrible the rough and game graphics are terrible I was -11 under par till one hole where I hit the rough my ball disappeared and my player body disappeared from the waist down and I used every club but no matter what I did the ball would only go 5 yards at time making my -11 under par round turn into + 4 over par like I couldnt believe it if thats support to be deep rough ? Then a little crazy to me since that would be either out of bounds or a drop option lol its just a video game but if I was able to get a refund I would or choose another golf game I would Ive giving this a lot of goes usually twice a day but I cant anymore just silly things keep happening I really cant believe you charge 4.99 for this game well I guess lessened learned I wanna check more games out that you have offered but just a little concerned thanks
